We had lunch at the New England Culinary Institute and ran into Alton Brown from the Food Channel. Not really, but he was one of their grads--his photo is everywhere. The Inn at Essex Junction is operated by the students and we enjoyed a delicious lunch. We're hoping for some sunshine because the campground has a golf course and it looks like it might make a nice afternoon.
